What if I’m using a different browser and still can’t log in?

We’ve found that certain versions of Internet Explorer require you to list a site as “trusted” before allowing password-protected access.

Why won’t the password work for me?

How do I save Sightlines as a “Trusted Site”?

1.Click on the “Tools”, “Options” or “Settings” option (depending on version) in your browser’s menu and select “Internet Options”

2.In the “Security” tab, select the “Trusted Sites” zone and then click on “Sites”

3.Add “*sightlines.com” and “*sightlines.info” to your Trusted Sites (Note: be sure to uncheck the box that says “Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone”)
